How to book
First, call to make a phone reservation or fill out the booking form. The entire amount can be paid at the time of booking. You can reserve your space by putting a $300.00 (Canadian) per person non-refundable deposit on your credit card. Applies to bookings 60+ days from the departure date. Visa, MasterCard or by paying cash. In Canada, the federal government imposes a 5% goods and service tax on most purchases including our services and that cost will be added to your price.

Alternate trip date
In the event the date you would like has been filled to capacity or has an insufficient number (See operator cancellation below) of guests to proceed, We suggest an alternate tour date.

Optional activities
We will gladly book any optional activity with a recognized tour operator. We can recommend operators or you can choose ones before you leave on your trip. The regular posted price of other operators’ services is what we charge you. The cost of the operators’ services has to be paid in advance and is subject to their availability. The sooner you book the better chance of not being disappointed. Guaranteeing space with those operators. *If you have an Idea of what you would like to do, we can suggest numerous tour suppliers as we travel our tour rout.

Non-refundable deposit
Most adventure vacations have limited space and any cancellation can greatly affect the operation of the trip. The $300.00 CDN deposit per person is non-refundable. For this reason we strongly recommend you take out cancellation insurance.

Balance due 60 days before departure date
The balance of the trip cost is due 60 days before departure and is payable automatically by the provided credit card. (VISA and M/C) or by cash. The credit card provided must match the person named as the tour participant. An authorization form will be faxed to the cardholder for the transaction to be processed. Failure of final payment at the 60-day point will lead to the cancellation of the booking and forfeit of the deposit. For a booking within 60-31 days before departure, the full amount of the tour cost is required. Bookings 30-01 before departure will be subject to a $50.00 per person late booking fee. Re:Tour Schedules, supplies and various site bookings will already have been arraigned at the 30-day date based on all booking information gathered before 30 days. Some special conditions, determined on an individual basses, my void this cost.

Changing Your Tour Date
Should you feel it necessary to change your tour date after completing your reservation, you must contact our office in writing with your proposed changes. All accepted and approved date changes will be subject to a $50.00 administration fee - per person. Excludes optional activities

Fee for changes
Changes made by you to your booking will incur an amendment fee of $10.00 CDN per booked event per person per change. Excludes RET Tours booking. Cancellation. You have 48 hours from the time of booking/paying of your deposit to cancel and receive a 100%, full refund. If your booking falls with in the 60 days before the departure date, the cancellation offer is void and the regular booking schedule will be in affect. We require notice in writing and a phone call to inform us of a cancellation. If you have to cancel your trip, the following fees apply depending on when we receive your written notice: loss of $300.00 deposit. Less than 60 days but more than 30 days before departure: 50% of the cost of the trip. Less than 31 days 100% of the cost. Depending on your reason for cancellation, these charges may be recoverable on your insurance policy. Check with your Insurance company for their policies regarding cancellations.

Operator cancellation
In the unlikely event of the operator cancelling the tour you’re scheduled for, we will offer alternative arrangements. If these are not acceptable to you, we will refund all your monies but will not be liable for any other losses incurred. Final decision to cancel a trip due to insufficient signups is made 15-30 days prior to departure.

Cancellation related travel Insurance
We strongly recommend trip cancellation insurance. You can purchase this at your local travel agency right after booking your tour.
